Your tasks
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities across international target markets and strategic accounts.
- Generate and qualify sales opportunities through networking, referrals, outbound prospecting, industry events, and digital channels.
- Develop deep market insights and identify emerging customer needs, industry trends, and growth opportunities.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers and stakeholders.
- Understand customer challenges, business objectives, and operational requirements to position FLETEC's solutions effectively.
- Manage the sales process, including timely progression toward successful outcomes.
- Maintain regular contact with existing customers and identify opportunities for account expansion, upselling, and cross-selling.
Success in this role will be measured by revenue growth, new customer acquisition, account expansion, and your contribution to FLETEC’s global growth strategy.
Your profile
- Proven track record of success in B2B software sales, ideally within shipping, logistics, supply chain, maritime technology, or related industries.
- Experience selling SaaS, cloud-based, enterprise software, or other technology solutions to large organizations.
- Strong ability to understand, communicate, and demonstrate sophisticated technology solutions and their business value.
- Excellent negotiation, presentation, relationship-building, and closing skills.
- Strong commercial mindset with a results-driven approach.
- Self-motivated and comfortable working independently in a remote environment.
- Strong understanding of European and/or Asian business cultures and practices.
- Willingness and ability to travel internationally on a regular basis.
- Flexibility to occasionally work outside regular office hours to support global customers and business activities.
- Ideally based in Europe or Asia.
- Professional fluency in English; additional languages are an advantage.
