Your tasks
- Permanent exchange with our customers (little number, but big corporations).
- Leading regular meetings with customers worldwide head and regional offices
- Training of user groups, help our customers to change their processes
- Preparing of training videos
- Discussing customer needs and wishes with product owner and developers.
- Develop a sense which demands/wishes of users are of special or general interest.
Your mindset
- You enjoy working with a self-thinking and highly experienced team.
- You can distinguish between perfectionism and pragmatic solutions as required.
- You can see and judge things from different perspectives.
- You are a very organized person.
- You are still ready to learn.
Your profile
- Long experience in container M&R or other intermodal assets.
- Experience in software related topics would be great.
- Your English is very fluent (B2 or better), as is your German.

Your tasks
- Roadmap management, roadmap prioritization, short and long term.
- Translation of customer and product owner requirements into dev-ready epics and stories.
- Creation of new features in close cooperation with customers and product owner.
- Participation in and driving usability matters.
- Test and approval of new features.
Your mindset
- You enjoy working with a self-thinking and highly experienced IT team.
- You can distinguish between perfectionism and pragmatic solutions as required.
- You understand users’ needs and IT's restrictions (you have a good sense of what is reasonable to develop and when effort is no longer appropriate).
- You are a very organized person.
- You are still ready to learn.
Your profile
- Long experience in writing tickets for IT without defining every pixel (experience in JIRA or alike).
- You gained a certain UX knowledge from using many different websites or apps.
- Your English is fluent (B2 or better), as is your German.
- You can think in options and alternatives. When defining features you are used to thinking in rare data variations (data extremes).
